Payment methods are cash or by paypal 48 hours notice is required if cancelling your appointment and any cancellation will incur a 25% admin fee, cancelling within the 48 hours will incur a 50% admin fee .Any monies outstanding already paid will be refunded to you after the admin fee has been deducted. Concessions are available for those in genuine financial hardship or in receipt of benefits ( Concessions must be agreed to before booking ,proof of benefit will be requested)
