Therapy Feedback
 Reflexology
Remarkable change. Fell much better and more positive. I still have a little pain and stiffness but the change has been amazing. Pain is so much less. I am more flexible and appear to be thinking more positively. My life has been so much easier this week simply because I am in less pain, as a result of the reflexology.
Phiona created a relaxing atmosphere and explained the process of reflexology. I felt safe, therefore allowing the process to help me.

My ears feel clearer and I feel energized, I also feel more at peace with myself. I found Phiona to be very relaxing and a good absorber of stress. I think she was very astute and clear about my problems and how to remedy them
 Metamorphic Technjique
The therapy has encouraged me to take time out for myself and to allow my body the opportunity to assist itself on the road of recovery (along side conventional medicine)

 Massage
The massages have greatly eased my back pain and were very relaxing. It is very nice to be able to fully relax and have time to focus on myself. Phiona was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the beginning.
 Tarot Reading
It clarified things which are already happening in my life and made me realise that sometimes it is necessary to let go of the past and past problems, to move on in life and grow as a individual. This helped me realise that I need to stand up for myself and that I am capable of this without relying on other people. Phiona was sympathetic and sensitive - also perceptive, and excellent with guidance for issues in my life which were worrying me.
Phiona very much made me feel at ease and that she did tarot readings because of her love for this, rather than being just a job.

 Indian Head Massage
It has helped me to reduce the tension that I hold in my shoulders, and has made me very calm and relaxed. Phiona is very friendly and makes you feel relaxed and at ease. She has helped me to improve the stress and tension that I have in my shoulders and they are a lot better than they were at the start of my treatment. By having the treatment it has released a lot of tension I didn’t know I had.

Dear Phiona
Over the past 10 years I have received massages and reflexology on a fairly regular basis. The benefits are well known and appreciated by many people.
When I saw the colour therapy I was intrigued and fancied 'giving it a go' well, nothing ventured nothing gained. I was suprised at how readily I chose my spray colour and even more impressed when I found out that it reflected an issue I had been contemplating for some time.
The therapy was very relaxing, helped along by Phiona's open warmth and healing energy that she radiates. As the therapy progressed I became particularly aware of where 2 of the colour bottles had been placed on my body, this was obviously where I needed to receive healing. I have struggled with visualizing colours whilst receiving therapy before but this time I could easily see bright white light, purple flashes and glowing blue hues, it was simply amazing.
Afterwards I felt very very relaxed - infact so relaxed I nearly walked out without paying!! It was as if I had had a really good body massage but with out having to remove my clothing or roll over just as I had begun to fully relax which is quite often the case when receiving a massage.
Since receiving colour therapy I have found it much easier to visualize colours and would definitely recommend everybody try it at least once in their lives.

I just wanted you to know that I am glad you picked up on my desperation and sadness and you helped me climb out of the last pit of desolation I am going to allow myself to fall into.
I have just woken up from a normal relaxing nights sleep with no nightmares and no battles, I am at the bridge of decision and I am walking over it with NO fear.
Your words, dear and loving friend inspired me to climb out and up and begin to walk that final mile, you are a beacon of light and now I too feel that I can finally shine too all, without fear.
I understand that above everything else I don't need to have people throwing me tip bits and crumbs, for I understand now that I can shape, effect and weave my own wonderful future, where I can enjoy life and get the most out of it, because when you helped me out of that final hole, I left my fear and insecurity in there and kicked the Earth back over it.
I am moving on Phi, in confidence and joy.
now its time for me to be the REAL me and give to this world my gift of expression and love and work to the best of my abilities and without the load I have carried for so long, fear.

Tarot Course
Hi Phiona,
Just a quick note to say thank-you for the Tarot reading course. I really enjoyed it and feel I developed as a result. Your course has provided the tools, concepts and inspiration on which to now develop. I now look at the cards differently, focusing more on their images and the feelings they convey rather than just 'following the book meanings'.
You created a relaxed and friendly environment, where we could freely and confidently ask questions.
Thank you for reading my cards at last weeks final session, it was an inspiration. I think that as a result I have probably relaxed a little more in my attitude towards my new business enterprise. And the result, I now have my first 2 business appointments. I've also been noticing quite a few coincidences. I'm going to make an effort to ensure balance in my life between business and spiritual development.

I have learnt more than expected and feel a lot more confidant in myself to do a reading. I felt I could ask questions without fear of looking silly. Phiona has a really good knowledge and understanding of the tarot and I am looking forward to doing further courses with her. The workshop exceeded my expectations. the energy interaction and participation was better than I could have expected. I felt that a gap had been plugged and a space in my knowledge filled. Hi Phiona,
Thank you for a 'WONDER - FULL' psychic development course. As always it more than fulfilled my expectations, full of revelations and new experiences. The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, supportive and calming. Every session left me feeling relaxed and peaceful, in fact in quite a different 'state' of being, even my slightly skeptic husband said he could perceive a different aura around me on my return home from the meetings. It was an inspiring journey, one I wholeheartedly wish to continue. It was great to meet and spend time with like-minded people. The whole experience left me wanting more, the mark of a enjoyable, enlightening, development experience.
